MoveTheWheels Documentation
Welcome to the documentation for MoveTheWheels — the complete logistics and supply chain platform. MoveTheWheels brings the moving parts of physical-goods operations — orders, shipments, carriers, fleets, drivers, warehouses, inventory, routes, and real-time tracking — into one intelligent, workspace-native system, with a single control tower across road, air, and ocean.
MoveTheWheels is launching in 2026 and is currently in waitlist mode. This documentation describes the product as it exists today and the direction it is committed to. Capabilities not yet built are clearly marked as roadmap or vision. Join the waitlist at movethewheels.com.
🚚 What is MoveTheWheels
Most operations that move freight run on a tangle of disconnected tools — an order system here, a transportation tool there, a separate warehouse package, a spreadsheet for carrier rates, and an inbox full of bills of lading and proofs of delivery. The data never lines up and nobody can see the whole network as one picture.
MoveTheWheels sits in the middle: one data model for the whole supply chain, where an order becomes a shipment becomes a routed, tracked, proven delivery on a single spine, and where shippers, carriers, warehouses, and operations teams all read and write the same source of truth.
📚 What you get
- One workspace for the entire freight lifecycle — booking, fulfillment, dispatch, transit, proof of delivery, and settlement
- A real-time control tower over shippers, carriers, and warehouses, with exception alerts instead of status chasing
- Multi-modal transportation — road, air, and ocean — with route optimization and live ETAs
- A warehouse-to-transport spine so receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch flow without re-keying
- A collaborative marketplace of vetted service providers and shared capacity
- Audit, RBAC, billing, notifications, files, conversations, and quotas inherited from the Burdenoff platform
